“Data Subject” means any identified or identifiable individual about whom Consulair collects personal information, including, but not limited to, (i) current, former and potential Employees, (ii) current, former and potential customers, (iii) website visitors, and (iv) current, former and potential subcontractors and suppliers.

“Personal Information” means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person but excludes information that is not considered personal information under the PRIV Act.

Personal Information does not include business contact information such as your name, title, business address or business telephone number.

INTERNAL GOVERNANCE

Consulair’s management ensures that policies, processes and procedures are in place for the protection, retention and destruction of personal information under its control. Personal information that is no longer required will be destroyed in accordance with our data retention schedule while respecting operational requirements.

COMPLAINT RESOLUTION

If you have a complaint about your personal information, please contact us. We will process your complaint within 30 days of receiving it in writing.

CONFIDENTIALITY INCIDENT MANAGEMENT

Consulair has put in place an incident response plan that includes notification of the authorities in the event of a data breach. A privacy incident log is established, documented, maintained and made available to the Commission d’accès à l’information (CAI) upon request.

Consulair will conduct a serious harm analysis of any incident involving personal information to determine whether formal notification to the CAI, an individual or other authority is required.

Each Consulair employee must report any privacy incident promptly to our Privacy Officer.
